Brauhaus Napoleon in Leipzig

Ordered two half ducks with red cabbage and dumplings yesterday and picked them up at 6 p.m.: great service and taste! That was not the last out-of-home order until we can sit directly in the restaurant again:)

Had dinner here with my family a few months ago: - Steak was abnormally cool - Beer was delicious - Great atmosphere But the prices, that's it! Fortunately, I didn't have to pay and instead my honorable father pulled out my wallet :)

Today, on a gray autumn day, I hiked with my wife from the tram terminus at Silbersee in Leipzig to Probstheida to the "Brauhaus Napoleon". When we arrived there, we got a very nice table in the closed veranda of the "Brauhaus Napoleon". After placing the order, with a very nice lady of the service, who could even laugh, we received what we wanted (delicious coffee and cake). After we finished eating, we felt fine and continued on our way. I can definitely recommend the "Brauhaus Napoleon". Very suitable for wheelchair users. With the car, you can park in front of the house. The sanitary Systems are in very good condition.

Large brewery with good, rich, home-style food. The staff is very careful and flexible. Always happy.

We have been guests again for a long time. Unfortunately, the price / performance ratio is no longer right ... There were remains of lipstick on a beer glass, which actually doesn't work. There was a new beer, but a "sorry" from the service would have been part of it for me. Unfortunately no longer recommendable for us. Pity!

The in-house beer is fabulous. The amount of food is good, but could use a little more "kick". Ambience is nice and rustic but also accordingly loud. There is a toilet for wheelchair users and it is big enough to move about. It is always worth a visit.

Great ambience in a historically significant house. Nice staff and great food. At the waitress I have to apologize for ordering the Lagavulin ... ;-)

Recommended for a delicious beer and a hearty meal. There is a small playground outside and a play corner inside. It's good if you've just come back from the Völkerschlachtdenkmal and want to end the day. Food, drinks and service are solid and really OK but not outstanding.

It was okay ... I don't know if I have to go there again now. Fortunately, the tastes are very different.

Unfortunately only a good average ... it takes forever to get a drink. It's loud and the patio is boring, which just doesn't fit the name of the restaurant! The food is only "good", overpriced and partly not homemade ... too bad ... was really better!

Historic place, great ambience. Near the Battle of the Nations Monument. Typical Saxon cuisine. Brewery style. Home brewed beer. Everything very tasty. Mostly very well attended, so you should definitely make a reservation. Staff also very friendly and courteous. You always want to come back to Leipzig when you visit.

Recommended! Delicious home-style cuisine to match your own brewery in the restaurant. The beef tongue (photo, about 12.90 €) was very tasty. Good portion. The own beer also tasted very good. Ambience: very nicely decorated on the topic, rustic fit. When brewing, you can clearly notice the fermentation smells, but fits very well with the concept. WC's very clean and well maintained. The service was also very friendly, technically good and helpful. The price-performance ratio is good. A hotel is included in the operating concept. We recommend. Historic place to see in Leipzig, I like German Cousine and there I found it and it's good! 👍

Great beer. Some food is really good, some is OK. Seating outside is lovely, but only available during summertime. Staff quite unfriendly.

Great food, excellent service! The waitress brought us a Windows tab with the menu translated into English without us even asking. Meals are reasonably priced and well portioned, and their wheat beer is an excellent example of the style.

Food is ok but the service is horrible, the staff is very impolite, the feeling is like they are doing you a favour serving you. Gets worst everytime i go there, thought i have been unlucky but i am now sure that it is the customer policy. Avoid if you are not going to starve to death in 5 minutes.

My review is not about the restaurant as a whole because I just had a couple of beers over the counter. I liked them very much, specially the blond one. If I had more time in Leipzig I would come back to have lunch. The place is very nice.
